Notes
- If you want to come a day earlier or leave a day later we can arrange it if you tell us in advance. The price for an extra night is 15 euro. However is not possible to arrive later than 12th or leave earlier than 16th. Well: you can do it, but there will be no discount on the price. If you don't spend any of those nights you will just miss that night

During the check in you must leave 50 euro as a deposit. You will get the money back during the check out if you leave the apartment in good conditions.

For reservation we need your contact information, passport or ID Card number and a photocopy of your document. Also bear in mind that the document number you give us has to be the document you take with you on the trip in order to ensure you are allowed on the boat!

Program
The trip will last from May 12th (Wednesday) until May 16th (Sunday) 2010.
There will be recommended activities for every day (and every night), so you will always have something interesting to do; but following all the activities it's not compulsory if you don't want to (or your body can't follow such an intense activity program).
You will have a person from the O.C. taking care of you (and in case of an emergency you can always ask our more than 100 coordinators), but you have to notice that almost all the activities we propose to you will be the same as the ones for our 2100 exchange students.
We work to give them the best trip possible, and this is exactly what we want to offer you. We want to offer an event full of ERASMUS feeling and atmosphere. If you want to enjoy the ERASMUS people, if you want to feel as an ERASMUS again... this is your trip!.
Planning
NOTE: this timetable is approximatively. Times & activities may vary.
Wednesday 12th
- Arrival and check-in (we recommend not to arrive later than 3 PM)
- Free time (we reccomendo you to go buying food and drinks).
- Around 3 PM we will go to "Les Salines" beach.
- At 7 PM we'll have the official "Welcome Meeting" at the hotel pool. Everybody have to be there to be introduced and receive the welcome pack!
- After that a pre-party in the aparthotel will take place.
- At night, "ESN Summer School Party" will take place in a HUGE club (one free cocktail included).
Thursday 13th
- At 10 AM we will go to Formentera island by "ESN Boat". In Formentera you can rent a car or bike and discover "THE" paradise, or just rest on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean sea.
- Around 5:30 PM we'll return to Ibiza island.
- Later we'll take a private bus to "San Antonio" village to see the incredible sunset that made "Cafe del Mar" so famous.
- Pre-party again at some bars near the beach.
- "ESN Water Party" at "Es Paradis" club (one free cocktail included).
Friday 14th
- Free beach time and/or Guided Tour inside Ibiza's oldest neighbourhood "Dalt Vila" (UNESCO World Heritage).
- That night you'll have free time, but most of us will go to the world famous "Pacha" club. Will you come with us?
Saturday 15th
- Beach time: we can recommend you some nice ones like "Cala Tarida", "Cala Compte", "Punta Galera" etc.
- Around 5 PM we'll go by bus to the "ESuNset Party": open air party with 2 music areas, swiming pool, foam party, one free cocktail included etc... We'll return by bus around midnight.
Sunday 16th
- Check-out around 11 AM.

You can stay at the swimming pool or the beach until you leave.
Accomodation
All the international ESN participants will be hosted together at the same apartment complex. We'll inform you about your hotel's location at the beginning of May. All the apartments are for 4 people.
Every apartment has:
- Place for 4 people.
- Bathroom, kitchen and fridge.
- Living room with couch & tv.
- Terrace.
- Swimming pool.
Distances from the apartments:
- Beach: 5 minutes by walking.
- Ibiza harbour: 25 minutes by walking.
- Ibiza airport: 15 minutes by bus.
- Supermarket: 10 minutes by walking.
- Bus stop: 5-10 minutes by walking.
How to arrive to the hotel from from the Airport
- BY BUS: Take the bus number 10. It goes from the Airport to Ibiza town. There's one bus every 30 minutes starting at 6:20 AM and finishing at 0:20 AM. Ticket costs less than 1,5 euro and you can buy it inside the bus. Ask the bus driver for the "Figueretes" stop. Once you arrive to an street called "Avenida Espanya", get out in the first stop. But maybe will be easier sit close to the bus driver, show him the street of the apartments, and he will tell you wich will be the best stop. It will take around 15 minutes from the airport to your stop (if there's no traffic).
- BY TAXI: the cost should be between 15 and 20 euro and the ride will last for around 15 minutes.
- BY CAR: if you rent one at the airport you can see how to arrive to the apartments following this link (coming soon!). Even if you don't rent a car at the airport, it could be useful to print it anyway.
Remember
- CHECK IN: bring a copy of your passport or ID, because they will ask fo it at the reception desk. You'll also have to give them a caution of 50 euro. After that, they will give you the key of your appartment. At the end of your stay, if the room is in good conditions, they'll return the caution to you.

EMERGENCIES: don't hesitate to contact the O.C. in any circumstance. You have their phone numbers in the "O.C." section.
Useful information
1.- You can come to Ibiza earlier than 12th or leave before the 16th.
You can do it, but then you have to tell us in advance. It will have an extra cost of 15 euro per day. You can stay more days, but you cannot change the minimum days required. It means that you will always have to pay the full price even if you do not stay all the nights from the 12th until the 16th. Every extra night will costs 15 more euro. Extra nights are only available from Monday 10th to Sunday 16th.
2.- You can choose your room mates.
Once you know with whom you want to sleep you only need to send us and e-mail with the names of all of you.
3.- Transport to the Ibiza island is not included.
You have to find the way to arrive to Ibiza by your own, our exchange students are coming from several towns of Spain with their local sections. But you are coming from abroad, so we cannot arrange the way you arrive to Ibiza.
4.- Bring your ESN Card.
It's compulsory to have a valid ESN Card for this event. If you don't have one, ask to your local section. If you don't use ESN Cards in your section, send us an e-mail.
5.- Meals are not included.
Because your appartment will have a small kitchen and you can cook there at any time.
6.- Accomodation caution.
During the check-in you must give 50 euro as deposit at the reception desk. They will give you a receipt (ask for it in any case). Save this receipt because it's the proof that you already paid the caution. You will get that deposit back during the check-out, but maybe if your apartment is in a bad condition or you break anything, then the hotel will decide how much money you will get back. You can be crazy in Ibiza but please behave in your apartment!

How to arrive to Ibiza
Such a good question! It's not always easy to reach "The Paradise"
Remember that you can also arrive to Ibiza earlier than the 12th or leave later than the 16th. Every extra night will cost you 15 euro. Maybe it helps for finding cheaper flights. Extra days only since Monday 10th until Tuesday 18th.
